For over twenty years, Corrine has been a trusted advisor, leadership coach, and mentor to top-level leaders, including CEOs and board members. Her experience spans three continents and a diverse range of industries, including Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Products, Consumer Products, and the Chemical Industry.

As an executive coach, Corrine draws on various models of behaviour, psychometric inventories, and 360 feedback tools when appropriate to facilitate understanding of personal style, impact, influencing skills, and conflict management.

Corrine's experience working with Fortune 100 companies and her interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Communication and Psychology, allow her to work effectively with global teams, and gain profound insight into various cultures and team dynamics.

Arne has for the past 20 years served as Non executive board member, independent consultant, interim manager, business coach and mentor. Arne focuses on providing companies with services related to M&A, business development, strategy, commercialization development within the life science sector. Clients include small and large global players in pharma, biopharma, medical device and diagnostic companies.
